Shipping & Returns


Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. 

When ordering for a special occasion or gift, please keep in mind potential postal delays especially during high-volume times such as holidays.

We ship all items by weight. When you add your item to the cart it will add the shipping cost into your order at the end.

U.S. orders $150+ ship free.

If you need to return or exchange a item you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We can give you the pre-paid label but it will come out of your online credit.


Our return policy is 7 days after you receive your item.

We will be happy to accept your item for a return in the original package unworn and all tags included. Your return will be applied towards a credit, minus any shipping cost that were paid. We do not do any refunds of any kind.

All items marked down cannot be returned for a instore credit. They are final sale items.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a credit shipping cost will de deducted from your total.

We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Liv & Rose Boutique! But we do know things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. Because of this, we will do everything we can to try to make things better if you are not completely satisfied with your order and help you find something you love!

We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please see our requirements and procedures below:

• Refunds - We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. Below are our terms and policies for returns for store credit and exchange.

• Store Credits - Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 7 days of being delivered

• Size Exchanges - Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange for free! **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.

• Sale Items - All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

• Discounts - Orders or items that have a discount of 40% or more applied to them are FINAL SALE and DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind.

The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:

• Sale items
• Orders and items with a discount of 40% or more applied
• Flash sale items
• Style grab items
• Jewelry
• Sunglasses
• Sale items
• Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
• Bodysuits
• Hair accessories
• Hats

Sending Back Returns

• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

• Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. Do not ship back with label on the outside of the shoe box.

• Swimsuits must have the lining still attached.

• We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.

Processing Time For Returns

• Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.

• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it has been done. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. Only when they have been processed. This is why we recommend to hang onto your tracking number so you know it has arrived!

NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
